Notice there are no boob job stick chick fitness models or spa boys with an eight pack on the cover of this book and the high probability is that you may never look like that. This book is about being hardcore realistic with yourself about being fat. I have tried to make this an easy, even enjoyable read of a rather dull topic. Eat right and get some exercise, right? Of course it's not that easy, but this book makes it as easy as you could possibly hope for it to be to get you started.
This book gives you practical actionable suggestions that are easy to incorporate into daily life right now TODAY. Your health is about you and no one else, no one else made you become fat. Only you can make the changes needed to lose a LOT of fat in a really healthy way. This book shows how it takes small steps, one day at a time to achieve your goals. You have got to take those first steps though, are you ready?

First things first
Hey I am not going to lie to you this book is going to be a brutal read! You ever see one of those old movies and the guy back hand slaps the other guy in the face and goes get ahold of yourself man
that’s what this book is meant to do, because no one has done it for you before. When you are done reading this entire book you’re going to feel like some punched you in the gut realllllll hard. The alternatives of being fat and living an unhealthy lifestyle is not living anymore, is that what you want?
You won’t find any prissy little boob jobbed, air brushed fitness models or dudes with chiseled six, eight or any pack abs on the front of this book. This book is for fat people and is about losing fat, if you want to diet buy a diet book. I am going to tell you exactly what you can do to lose 20 pounds of fat off your stomach in 3 months and keep off forever, then tell you how you can keep going and lose even more fat and begin to get yourself living a healthier lifestyle.
You can choose to take the advice and quit kidding yourself or you can keep going down the road you’re now and perhaps crash and burn and actually lose your life, no wants that however it can happen and people who are fat can kid themselves all they want but you are the one who is going to be on the losing end of the deal at some point. When they lower your casket in the ground and your family’s tears get buried with you maybe then you’ll take action, but wait that’ll be too late then won’t it, so why not come to grips with reality right now and begin to take action.
My fat loss journey started with me on a cruise ship. So there I am on the stern deck after a nice meal in the lido deck dining room, I am checking out a gorgeous sunset and enjoying a nice evening breeze in the Caribbean Sea on my way to the next stop in Belize. Standing at the rail next to me is this exotic looking hottie and and all of the sudden she spins and says to me can you take my picture with the sunset behind me

We take each other’s pictures and then sit down on the bench and start talking. She has a cat, I have a cat, she has her own business, I have my own business, she is travelling alone, I am travelling alone, I’m telling you it was like a scene out of a movie I swear. I had just met this beauty and it was as if I had known her my whole life, surreal to say the least! I mean how
