    CHAPTER ONE

    THE WAKE UP CALL

    First and most important I want to make it clear that I’m not a medical professional, herbal expert or anyone that has any education into the cause of obesity. However; I’m a red blooded American that is sick and tired of the way food manufacturers, and some in the medical community have for so long sold us on the need to eliminate fats. They are too fast to encourage us to live on carbohydrates which lead to weight gain you want your body to burn fat. You want your fuel burning to be fat when you use carbohydrates as your fuel source the carbs are converted into bad fat that causes your weight gain. You want to use the good fats as your fuel, and you must limit your carbs and sugars if you want true weight loss.  

    In my opinion these so called experts are wrong with their food pyramids that we were all taught long ago. Now I know you may be reading this and saying, Come on get on with it how did you drop all of that weight? In the conclusion of this book I share my secret of mine and my family’s weight lost.
