About this ebook
This is a very short book, perhaps better described as an instruction manual!!
In a concise, non technical and easily readable way, PTSD 4 PAGES describes a simple visualisation strategy and the rationale behind it. Its objective is to enable disturbing memories to be controlled; bring order to a troubled mind and restore calm, rational thinking.
Please be aware that the "Two Day Method" involves re-experiencing your traumatic memories.

PTSD 4 Pages - Ian Waddington
Foreword
Whichever device you are using to read this e-book, you will probably be wondering where the apparently inappropriate title came from. I owe you an explanation.
The book started life as just four A4 pages of text and illustrations, hence the name. An introduction was then added, together with a very simple front cover so that it would make sense to a reader.
At that stage it could probably have been best described as a document
or perhaps a paper
. Having been produced in MS Word, it was converted to a .pdf format and there was no intention or expectation of it becoming a published book.
