THINKYOUR DREAMSREAL
Itâs our first get-together in ages. Our food is picture perfect and we are sitting outside at an old Stellenbosch wine farm, chatting our hearts out.
My friend from our Matie days Sonja Burger and I dig deep. Itâs time for a catch-up. Our parents are getting older, we remember hostel buddies, some already dead. She tells me about her children, I talk about mine (four-footed, the cats). We speak about our dreams. And how we hope to make them come true.
And so we find ourselves at the power of visualisation.
We both believe strongly in it. She comes across it often as a writer for international mental-health apps. And I have seen many times how it works.
I believe that when you beam out certain requirements, itâs as if the universe listens.
