    I don’t know if in human history there is a time when people were as concerned with their own body as they are today. I would venture to say three out of five people I know, they train or have already trained in a gym.

    Of course there is no problem. I am far from criticize such activity, provided that it is done with moderation. Training the body improves the health, brings good mood, creates discipline and transforms apperance. In other words, an exemplar activity.

    In contrast, it is not necessary years of observation for realize that mankind has praised its own body and kept the brain in the mental boxes in background of life. I see more photos of strong bodies than about read books.

    Try to comment on something about a book that you have read in your social groups and note how many people will understand the subject. Few will Interact with you (or perhaps anyone). And the worst: if you persist in talking about books out there, there is a risk of social exclusion, because who will have subjects compatible with your tastes?
