    Good morning gorgeous!

    Let’s start by noticing that if you’re ever feeling anything less than great, the best chance you have to turn it around and improve your mood is first thing in the morning. It is very important for you to be mindful of your thoughts and what you put your focus on immediately after you wake up. The thing you need to understand is that everything is energy! One little change of mood is tiny and easy to control at first but can very quickly get stronger and harder to stop if not dealt with accordingly.

    Put it this way. Let’s imagine two ways a common experience can work out. Imagine you can’t find your keys, and of course it can be frustrating especially if you are already late to leave the house. Once you recognize the frustration, you choose to stay calm and keep the grumpiness under control while you rush around the house until you finally find them. That was easy! You decide to be thankful that you found them and encourage yourself to feel accomplished and positive, almost laughing at yourself for leaving everything to the last minute but feeling confident that it always seems to work out - you expected good things!
