Mental health is a worldwide issue and something that affects us all in every sphere of our lives and its journey is not an easy one. I want to take the time, before we start the journey, to give a brief run down of the book.

    WHO AM I...

    I’m Khothatso Motlemekoane and I completed my studies in 2018, majoring in Psychology and I became passionate about mental health and how it affects us. Growing up in a society where mental health has been stigmatised and now shifting to a time where it is now acknowledged, I feel that there’s now recognition of mental health and why it’s important. I believe that as people we should be there for each other. We should love and support one another no matter what because we go through many things in our lives that affects us mentally. I want to be part of a society where we create a dialogue about important issues, we inspire and give each other hope, we uplift each other and most importantly, we can be able to become the best version of ourselves because in the end, we humans make the world go round and we need each other.  And this what I’m hoping
