About this ebook
What if You Could Develop a Healthy Self-Esteem and a Powerful Mindset That Gives You the Ability to Unapologetically Go for Anything You Want in Life?
What if you could heal the emotional traumas that made you think you don't deserve love, success, and happiness – and left you wounded for life?
What if you could defeat your inner critic and lovingly embrace your imperfections?
And what if you could tear down the invisible barrier that always kept you from doing what you knew you should have done?
Well, all of this is very possible. And it's easier than you might think.
You'll discover exactly how to do it in this toolbox.
This book is designed not to be another dry and unpractical self-improvement book.
Imagine yourself sitting with the author on a cozy couch (sipping a glass of red wine, if you want to) and talking about the inspiring possibility of a happier life.
Written in a conversational tone, this book is about changing the way you feel about yourself, and even though this is a light read, there's a good chance that it will open doors for you, which you considered inaccessible.
Here's what you'll discover in the Self-Compassion and Self-Esteem Toolbox:
- Evidence-based strategies to become a more confident and resilient person who can make the right decisions, even if they're tough and scary
- 7 cognitive mistakes that can badly hurt your happiness if you fail to recognize that you're doing it too
- A fresh mindset that does magic on pretty much every area of your life – your career choices, relationships, health, productivity, and so on…
- How to achieve your goals and accomplish much more by demanding less from yourself
- How to recognize and get over the lies society tells you about your worth – lies that you've probably accepted as facts to live by
- How to stop negative thoughts and turn your mind into your own cheerleader - one who always stands by you and pushes you forward when needed
- What to expect from your first sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (if you are considering giving it a try)
- How really successful people incorporate the right elements into their self-image (while others keep struggling because they resist to accept them)
- How to develop a support system that helps you accept yourself as you are – instead of feeling alone, left out, or ashamed when you're around other people
... and much, much more.
Plus, there are simple, actionable steps at the end of every chapter, so you don't have to worry about not being able to use the information – this book is made to be a practical and encouraging aid.
You may think that you don't deserve to love yourself, or that it's a selfish thing to do… but let me tell you this; the most important relationship you'll ever have is the one with yourself. Every one of your decisions is based on the way you feel about yourself. Change that in a positive direction, and everything will follow.
Even if you're currently in a dark pit of self-resentment, hating yourself and regretting your past decisions, with this knowledge, you can begin to change your life for the better – starting today.
So, if you want to embrace who you are and discover what you are really capable of, then don't hesitate – add this book to your cart now.

Introduction
The way that you feel about yourself shapes the way that you fit into the world. If the idea of being kind to yourself seems difficult, you are not alone. Self-compassion is a learned behavior that directly relates to your self-esteem. The nicer you are to yourself, the better you will be able to feel. Having this kind of confidence can mean the difference between going after what you want in life or holding yourself back because you feel that you aren’t good enough. It is a personal struggle that can feel very isolating and difficult to manage, but you are not alone — many others struggle with the same thing, holding back their feelings because they do not want to appear weak or challenged.
Working on your self-esteem is a process that requires dedication. If you felt frustrated in the past because your efforts didn’t seem like they made much of a difference, this guide is meant to show you other ways to help yourself. With techniques that you can apply to your real life right now, you are going to feel empowered and have a better understanding of how you can boost yourself up. Everyone needs a little bit of encouragement at times and the exercises in this guide will show you how you can be there for yourself and surround yourself with the people who are going to help you succeed.
Having self-confidence isn’t only about feeling good about yourself, but also about making good choices. A confident person knows what they want and can think of ways to obtain these things. With a little bit of direction, you will feel that you have control of your life. You will see how your actions directly impact your life. When you learn how to balance what you want and the actionable steps that it takes to get these things, you will see that you are able to do anything that you put your mind to. Setting realistic goals for yourself will give you a purpose and a reason to keep bettering yourself.
It all starts with kindness. Not only should you be aware of how you treat others, but you also need to make sure that you are still being kind to yourself. Having self-compassion is going to make you feel good. It is going to allow you to forgive yourself for your downfalls and focus on the things that you excel at. Focusing on your mistakes will only discourage you. The next time that you want to judge yourself, imagine that you were talking to a loved one. If you wouldn’t say harsh words to a loved one, then you should not be saying these things to yourself. Remember that you are valid and your feelings are important. Self-compassion starts with changing that negative voice inside your head.
Having a healthy mindset will change the way you talk to yourself. Surround yourself only with things that leave you feeling positive. If you find that you are spending too much time thinking about things that drag you down or force you into unnecessary drama, then you should reevaluate what this is doing to your life. Sometimes, negativity can come in the form of a situation, but it can also come in the form of a person. Distancing yourself from these people can be a difficult decision to make, but understand that it is going to help you grow and you deserve that. By removing all negativity from your life, your own thoughts included, you are going to be on the right path to becoming a more self-confident version of yourself.
Keep an open mind as you work through each chapter. Understand that all patterns that you currently rely on in your life can be changed. Much like any other habit, you just need to break the cycle before you are able to see an improvement. Making a commitment to your own wellness is a very big step to take. It is not selfish or greedy; it is a commendable decision to make that people do not make often enough. Without a healthy mental attitude, you are not going to be able to feel your happiest. True happiness starts from within and this involves a lot of self-care. You should look at this journey of self-improvement as one that is going to benefit every aspect of your
