    Welcome to 30 Seconds To Happiness

    In this book you will find fifty easy to use techniques which when used will change your negativity and fearful thinking into happiness, and confidence.

    Most of these techniques will move you into a state of happiness – IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS!!!

    Each of these techniques is easy to use and will provide you with an instant boost.

    I encourage you to read through the whole book as quickly as possible to give you an overview of the techniques.

    Then try some of them out, especially the Instant Boost techniques.

    Then try and memorise a few of them in order that the techniques will always be with you.

    I have memorised all the techniques, and have been using them for quite a while, so am an expert in their use. I can’t begin to describe what a positive difference this has made to my life.

    So what is happiness?

    If you can increase your happiness by 1% each day, you'd be twice as happy as you are now in just 10 weeks (or 2 1/2 months!).

    Remember your happiness is your responsibility. No one can do it for you. No one will do it for you. If you don’t take practical and definite steps to make yourself and your life happier you will never have a happier life.

    You need to make happiness a priority. In fact I would suggest that you should make happiness your first priority. When you are happy and thinking positively, you feel you can tackle anything. You feel confident and strong rather than being paralyzed by fear.

    Don’t stress about this, as once you’ve seen that the techniques work, you’ll want more and more. If you can, become addicted to using the techniques in your pursuit to living as happy and positive life as possible.
