    1 Coconut Maple Granola

    Coconut Maple Granola is the best snacking granola.

    Ingredients

    ● 3 cups rolled oats

    ● 3/4 cup natural almonds

    ● 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

    ● 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

    ● 1/2 cup coconut oil

    ● 1/2 cup maple syrup

    ● 1/4 cup brown sugar

    ● 1 teaspoon kosher salt

    Instruction

    1.Preheat the oven up to 350F.

    2.Put all the constituents into a sizable container and add oats, almonds, the two forms of coconut, coconut oil, and at this point add coconut oil as well as the maple syrup on top and mix.

    3.Once fully mixed then, put the brown sugar also and keep on mixing.

    4.Finally, add in the salt and then complete the stirring.

    5.Now, disperse the granola in a uniform surface on a big rimmed food preparation sheet and then place in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes ensuring to keep turning the granola at regular intervals or something like that.

    6.Allow the granola cool and then use an air sealed container to store or keep it. Note: It properly stored, it can last two weeks.

    2 Toasted Coconut Waffles with Maple Cream

    Coconut waffles are certainly enjoyable with maple sweetened whipped -= beaten cream along with a ample maple syrup sprinkle.

    Ingredients

    ● 1/2 cup of either sweetened or even unsweetened chopped coconut

    ● 4 tsp of coconut oil

    ● 5 sizeable eggs

    ● 1/2 cup of agave nectar

    ● 1 teaspoon of fresh vanilla extract

    ● 1/4 teaspoon salt

    ● 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

    ● 1/3 cup of coconut flour

    ● 2 tsps of crushed bananas

    ● 1/4 cup unsweetened toasted coconut chips

    For the maple cream

    ● 1/2 cup of full cream

    ● 2. tsps of natural maple syrup

    Instruction

    1.Preheat to 350oF.

    2.Just position a tray in the middle of oven.

    3.Now, put your coconut on a baking tray in the oven and up to 4 minutes. Always, watch over the coconut lest it burns when it turns brown.

    4.Take off the toasted coconut from the oven and keep it aside.

    5.Use an average size bowl to mix the eggs, vanilla extract, coconut oil, agave nectar and the pulpy bananas together. Continue mixing until everything is nicely combined.

    6.At this point, use one small dish to mix the coconut flour, baking soda and salt.

    7.You can use your fingers to mix everything so that the coconut flour does not get lumps.

    8.Now, mix the dry constituents into the moisten components. The combination starts to thicken just as you continue to mix. Put the toasted, shredded coconut and then mix to combine very well.

    9.Let the mixture to stay like five minutes however you should preheat the waffle metal.

    10.Depending on the size of waffle iron, put on waffle sheets and bake.

    11.To prepare your maple cream,, you should blend the maple syrup and full cream together in a moderate bowl, till it softs.

    12.Serve the baked waffle warm together with toasted coconut flakes and maple cream.
