TAHINI, DATE + ALMOND COOKIES

Makes 12–14

• 225g / 7.9oz almond meal
• 200g / 7.05oz tahini
• 6 medjool dates (around 95g / 3.35oz)
• 3/4 tsp salt flakes
• 5ml / 0.17 fl oz vanilla paste
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 extra medjool dates, sliced, for topping

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.

2. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
