    1) Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls

    Servings: 16 buns/ Prep Time:20 mins/ Cook time:20/Total Time: 40 mins

    Cinnamon rolls

2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed in the refrigerator overnight

    2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

    1/3 cup brown sugar

    3 tbsp granulated sugar

    1 tbsp ground cinnamon

    Glaze

    1 cup powdered sugar

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 tablespoon half & half

    Preheat the oven to 350F(176C).

Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper, set aside.

In a bowl, put together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon then stir it to well combined.

Lightly flour a workplace then unfurl one sheet of the pastry, brush the sheet with the melted butter then sprinkle with half of the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture. Roll up and slice into 8 even pieces then place onto the prepared baking sheet, the spiral side facing up.

Bake the rolls for 18 to 20 minutes until they are golden brown and firm.

Combine all the icing ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated, add more sugar if the icing is runny or if the icing is thick then add some more half & half.

Once the rolls cooled slightly but still warm, drizzle the icing over the rolls, let it set for a few minutes, enjoy!
