    400g Black beans canned

    2 Medium tomatoes

    1 Medium onion

    2 tbsp cilantro

    1 Yellow bell pepper

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1 tsp sesame oil

    Salt and pepper

    4 tbsp chunky red or green salsa

    4 Gluten-free tortillas

    In a bowl mix black beans, chopped onion, cilantro, sesame oil, salt, garlic paste, and pepper.

    Seed the bell pepper and cut into thin strips, chop the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Lay a tortilla put the black bean mixture onto the tortilla, add chopped tomatoes and bell pepper, top with 1 tbsp of salsa.

    Roll-up the burrito, enjoy with mashed avocado and lime.
