Denise Kling-Pelto is passionate about a plant healthy lifestyle. When her husband discovered he had egregious heart disease, she retired from 30+ years teaching high school and became a PCRM Food for Life instructor, studied at the Natural Cooking School and acclaimed Rouxbe School to become a vegan chef, completed a degree in Holistic Nutrition Consulting, earned Certification in Plant-Based Nutrition, and took Dr. Campbell’s Heart Healthy course. She now serves as the “Culinary Curator” and a “Transitions” instructor to the Plant Based Nutrition Support Group, pbnsg.org, a non-profit organization with 3,000+ members in South Eastern Michigan.
