Description

On today’s show I welcome award-winning songwriter, producer, and recording artist, Michéal Castaldo who released his third CD of Italian music, Aceto, on June 15, 2010. The album, honoring his late father Pasquale, includes 14 classic and 2 original Italian songs whose themes evoke feelings of grace, healing and remembrance. “Aceto” means vinegar in Italian, so I’ll be sharing summer salad recipes and vinegar based dressings. Michéal has also added the New York City Olive Oil Coop, Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Tuscan Event Planning, the rebuilding of his family villa in Calabria, and La Dolce Vita Foundation to his growing list of entrepreneurial accomplishments. Michéal will share one of his favorite Italian recipes and I’ll feature some of his fabulous music from the new CD! All today on Jazzy Vegetarian Radio! Visit: www.michealcastaldo.com
