WHETHER IT’S because of a lactose intolerance, a mild allergy, or you’re motivated by environmental reasons (yes, eating dairy products has serious negative knockon effects for the natural world), more and more people are adopting a dairy-free diet. The PM food team got together to create four delicious dishes that contain no milk products whatsoever.

TIP
Use a springform cake tin for this recipe. You can release the sides and easily slide the cake right off the base, and not have to worry about lifting it out of the tin.
