    I wrote this book because I have always suffered from stress and did not want to go on medication for the rest of my life.

    I believed that there was a better way - a natural way - to reduce stress so that I felt I was in control of my own life.

    I researched the topic thoroughly, found things I felt I could do and then put my plan into action.

    I took back my life and even though I sometimes slip a little backwards, I find it easy to get back on track by following my simple plan.
