About The Author

I'm Andrew, a UK Chartered Psychologist who specialises in helping business people uncover their natural resilience and wellbeing at work, so that they can become healthily successful and strong role models for others.

I was someone who suffered with work-related stress for many years and this culminated in an episode of severe depression in 2006 during which I spent 5 weeks in a psychiatric hospital.

After being placed on high doses of antidepressant medication in hospital, I rapidly gained 50lbs or 22kgs in weight. In the autumn of 2007, I came off medication and then lost the excess weight in 6 months, while working in a challenging international training role.

In the years following my release from hospital, I've researched extensively about how to develop resilience and deal with stress at work in natural, healthy and sustainable ways.

This program contains the very best of what I've discovered in the areas of nutrition, resilience and wellbeing at work.

I look forward to being able to help you too.

    About The Author

I’m Andrew Bridgewater, a UK Chartered Psychologist who helps business people like you uncover their natural resilience and wellbeing, so that they can become healthily successful and powerful role models for others.

As someone who suffered with work-related stress for many years, this culminated in an episode of severe depression in 2006 during which I spent 5 weeks in a psychiatric hospital. After being placed on high doses of antidepressant medication in hospital, I rapidly gained 50lbs or 22kgs in weight. In the autumn of 2007, I came off medication and then lost the excess weight in 6 months, while working in a challenging international training role.

In the years following my release from hospital, I’ve researched extensively about how to develop resilience and deal with stress at work in natural, healthy and sustainable ways.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity of sharing what I have learned with you.

    Nutrition For Resilience

    Introduction

Just use the powerful information in this program for 8 weeks. Then judge its usefulness by experiencing amazing results in your body, mind, work and whole life.

It’s not essential to stop doing, eating or drinking everything you have grown to like.  Just begin with some simple changes and experience the results (expect others to notice too). The beauty of the approach that I’m about to share with you is that it involves getting healthy in order to reveal your natural resilience and wellbeing. It’s not necessary to become an outcast from colleagues and clients or deny yourself anything. Quite the opposite, as you’ll see.

This approach to living with supercharged resilience and wellbeing is revolutionary and exciting. It doesn’t require a calorie control diet, meal replacements, pills or gimmicks of any kind.  Neither is it a fad; I just want to help you make some small, simple and slightly different nutritional choices. The small daily changes compounded over 8 weeks will lead to a massive difference.  And that’s really all I’m talking about – small, simple slight edge changes made every day. Easy to do, easy not to do.

The beauty of the formula that I’m about to share with you is that it’s really simple and it works – provided you use and act on the information.  The approach works on the basis that the best way to live with abundant energy and resilience is to get healthy first and then stay healthy. After all, what else do you really have than your health? Being healthy, energetic and resilient will benefit you and your
