About this ebook
When the body is in a stress condition, it will fight to stay in balance. In order to fight, the body needs a lot of energy. The energy for the body is sugar. To provide the body with the necessary sugars, the adrenal glands will produce more cortisol. The hormone cortisol will take care of enough sugars in the bloodstream.
When the stress conditions repeat over many years, the adrenal glands again and again will produce more cortisol. After a time, the adrenal glands will not be able to manage the needs for the fighting body and get exhausted. The less cortisol is produced, the less sugars are released in the blood. This means less energy for the body. The body becomes tired and weakened for a long time.
Cortisol is also important for slowing down and resting the immune system after the immune system has attacked invaders. When the adrenal glands are weakened, less cortisol is produced. Less cortisol means the immune system is not more slowed down after an attack. The immune system remains hyperactive and attenuates over time. This leads to more infections, more allergies and even autoimmune diseases. A weakened immune system has also consequences for the intestine. Indeed, about 80% of the immune system is localised in the intestinal wall. There, the immune system will defend the body against viruses, bacteria etc, present in the food and which will try to enter the body from the intestine. When the immune system is weakened, the intestine is disturbed. The intestinal flora change and the harmfull bacteria are now in the majority. These bacteria produce toxic gases which intoxicate the intestine and the digestion. As a consequence, the gut becomes a leaky gut. Poor digested food leaks now from the intestine into the blood. The immune system will react on the food residues and food intolerances will arise. The book shows that all the organs and systems together form a whole.
There are many factors that give rise to chronic stress for the body. The known and less known factors are discussed. These factors include infections, toxic factors such as chemicals, heavy metals and radiation, emotional stress and high sensitivity. They all disrupt the limbic system that drives the vegetative nervous system, the hormonal system and the immune system. In other words, all systems in the body are even more disturbed and one becomes more ill.

Foreword
This book deals with fatigue as a dominant and prolonged complaint, in which blood, urine and medical imaging studies do not explain. The doctor does not see a statement and is in the end advice. The patient is abandoned or sent to the reed with a whistle. Sayings like It's not all that bad, it'll go and take a week or take a vitamin, it'll be better
or it's stress or it's psychic
I hear regularly in the story of the patients.
The attitude of doctors towards fatigue which detects no abnormalities, is in stark contrast to their attitude to fatigue that occurs in cancer or a rheumatic condition. In these cases, the complaint fatigue together with the primary condition is thoroughly investigated and treated.
The complaint fatigue associated with negative examinations is usually not taken seriously and quickly gets the stamp of a mental complaint. Then it keeps up with the doctor who does not go on with it anymore. Incorrectly, because there are still a lot of causes that can lead to prolonged fatigue.
With this book, I want to indicate doctors and patients who should be thought of with long-term fatigue with normal medical tests. The book is an overview of the most common conditions that may trigger fatigue. Many diseases are already known to doctors and patients but some conditions are still strange to the doctors. I do not just want to give an overview of the possible causes that can give fatigue but I also want to understand how exhaustive fatigue develops. Exhaustive fatigue is, after all, a manifestation of a body that is thoroughly disturbed. In other words, fatigue is a global physical event and must be examined globally and treated.
Although patients know a lot about their illness, they do not understand how and why they get sick. They do not understand that the body is a whole in which everything is matched to each other. This is the thread in the book. All organs and systems work together allowing the body to make the energy to live. When the generation of energy is disturbed is not one but all systems are disturbed. That one organ makes the body sick, therefore, is a wrong proposition. Being sick means that the whole body is disturbed.
Never one factor or one event is responsible for long-term fatigue. One gets tired because of years of accumulation of different events or factors that are a stressful situation for the body. Fatigue or muscle aches do not occur due to one provocative event. For example, many think that a gland infection, a surgical procedure or an emotional shock was the cause of their fatigue or muscle aches. They are not the cause but they are the proverbial
drop that overflows the bucket. In other words, in the previous years, the body was very busy for one additional occurrence to complete the body completely. This is the tipping point, the point where the body can not recover.
In this book, one will discover how many factors are really needed before getting sick. These factors are viruses, bacteria, toxic substances, radiation and negative emotions. Particularly negative emotion is a common factor that suppresses the immune system and exits the adrenal glands. Under emotion is understood what disrupts people in their feelings. For example, many people with long-term illnesses are disturbed by incomprehension and denial, causing more damage than many other factors can cause. Emotion does not want to say what makes psychically ill but distorts some people in what they feel. Mental illness is a factor that can make sick as the other factors, but the emotion is what disrupts the body and the mind. Emotion is therefore much more important to a person.
Initially, I wanted to target the patient with fatigue and pain. But while writing this book, I understood that the provocative factors and mechanisms that make you sick become not only applicable to this group of patients. The book addresses a much wider group of patients with what I would call the modern
conditions. These are the many common conditions, such as allergy, asthma, autism spectrum disorders, ADD, ADHD, burnout and chronic fatigue.
The book is about the patient with prolonged and undermining fatigue, possibly with muscle aches. This is translated through the book as a patient with fatigue or chronic fatigue.
Much of what was written in the book is based on what I have determined and experienced in my practice. In this book, I give my personal experiences Much of what was written in the book is based on what I have determined and experienced in my practice. In this book, I give my personal experiences and my opinion based on what I experience and recycle in literature. I hope this book can help searching patient and answer his or her questions. I also hope that the book may be a support for the incomprehensible patient because not everything is 'psychic'.
Introduction
People have changed, it means, people feed differently than before. When people feed differently than before, this would mean that the food they consume is poor. This poor food is poor through fertilization of farmland, poisoning of farmland by pesticides and farmland without food. Nutrition grown on this farmland is poor food. The intake of this poor food will not feed the body but exhaust it. The body no longer gets the vitamins and trace elements needed for the detoxification system and to generate energy in the cells of the body. Both the detoxification system and the body (i.e., the cells) can not work normally. Accumulation of toxic substances that poison the metabolic pathways and even disturb their detoxification system are the consequences. The body poisons itself and becomes ill. People are getting sicker because the immune system is also disturbed and if the immune system is disturbed, viruses and bacteria are no longer destroyed and we become ill. As you can see, much depends on.
Bad food, stress, infections and toxic substances disturb our body. When food is consumed, food is broken down into building blocks. Proteins in amino acids, carbohydrates in sugars, and fats in fatty acids. These building blocks are absorbed by our cells and converted into energy in the mitochondria.
People with different nutritional deficiencies can not generate enough energy and get tired. People are not only tired because of less energy, but many systems in the body are disturbed, so they do not work well. Thus, the hormonal and vegetative system will be disturbed. Many people have a lot of complaints of fatigue, hormonal fluctuations and fungal infections. Improve your food and you will feel better. Full food which means seasonal food and what is grown on your soil is nutrition which both our DNA and our immune system has adapted to function well. Food from another soil or a different season will disturb the body and make it more tired.
Many people get ill from bad food. Much food is processed with insecticides and preservatives. These products make people and children ill. When children eat a lot of this food, children will no longer behave like children. Many children will become ill when infections arrive because their immune system and detoxification system are disturbed. Healthy full food is therefore very important for the body.
When people are going to make healthy food, they will become less ill. More viral infections will occur, causing more and more people to get sick because both the body and the immune system do not work well. Viruses will further disturb the immune system, and people become even more susceptible to infections. The immune system is overloaded and allergies and/or autoimmune diseases will occur more and more. Healthy nutrition is very important for the functioning of the body. But even though we eat healthily, many diseases are caused when toxic substances or viruses that are very aggressive, penetrate our body. When a virus or toxic substance enters the body and when our immune system and detoxification system is disturbed, we become ill. This happens with the body.
More than the body, there is the mental strength that causes the body to be fed. When someone is mentally not strong, his body will not be fed and he becomes ill. Mental strength strengthens the body and our immune system against all what is toxic, infectious or strange for our body. Mental health determines the health of the body. Mental strength is fed too little from human beings.
People no longer know how to use their mental strength from themselves. Many words and many drawings do not teach you how to use mental strength. Mental strength is found in yourself when you are in peace with yourself. People often undermine the mental strength of other people and are often sickening by using words that disturb rather than strengthen. Mental strength is not learned, but in yourself as people from ancient times could cure themselves of a mental power within themselves. Healthy nutrition and mental strength are a source of recovery and healing.
Few people experience that mental strength is healing. People must use mental strength and focus positively on disease and then improvement can occur.
Many people are tired and sick because of poor nutrition, infections, stress and toxicity. People will resort to vitamins, trace elements and different treatments making them feel better for a short time. When they feel after a time what they felt before treatment, then this would say what was wrong remained wrong and then they can not cure.
Seasonal nutrition and its rich soil and mental strength are needed to restore. Many vitamins and trace elements are bad products because they are not natural and even mixed with chemicals so they can not be absorbed by a bowel that is ill. Just the natural, healthy food has what the body needs.
Lots of food is not healthy, but only a little food and healthy food when hungry, are healthy. People eat wrong because they eat fats, sugars and proteins together. People do not know why the pancreas only makes enzymes to digest sugars, proteins and fats. When people eat sugars, fat and proteins together, the pancreas will first digest the sugars and then the fats and proteins. When people eat a lot of sugars, the pancreas will make many enzymes to digest sugars, requiring a lot of energy from the pancreas. Then there will be little energy left to digest fats and when fats do not digest, undigested fats are broken down into bacterial bowel intestines.
This is also true for proteins that are especially digested in the gastrointestinal tract. Proteins that are broken poorly can not
