This book can be compared to a journey that takes you virtually back to your youthful days from your present aging times, specially if you are in your 40s.

I am 40 plus and was worried much about my aging factors that were holding me back of times in my lately married life. My wife looks too younger then me and this was a cause to my embarrassment when ever we were together in some social gathering. Thanks to the author for explaining some non-medicament ways that compound together to form such a beautiful write-up to the sexual energy and age section in the book. This could be helpful to anyone who is in his 40s or over.

    Introduction

I miss being young and not having emotions or hormones ~ Unknown

It is natural to feel scared of getting older. We lose our physical, mental and sexual energy as we age. Is there a way we can delay the aging process and feel young even as we grow old? This book answers some of those basic questions.

We had briefly touched on how the mind and body affect each other in Stop Aging Volume 2. Since every stage of aging is connected to another, we need to delve deeper into the theory of aging in order to get a proper view of the theory and process of aging.

Physiologically, our body roughly controls the central nervous system. The central nervous system is assembled of two sub-systems known as the somatic or voluntary nervous system and the autonomic or the involuntary nervous system. The somatic nervous system gives voluntary commands for the movement of your muscular tissues and skeletal motions. The involuntary nervous system on the other hand, governs our secreatory organs or glands and correlates with our emotions.

The brain and spinal cord comprise the central nervous system of our body. The involuntary nervous system informs the brain of the stimulations that have been accepted and the brain responds accordingly. Since a person is a collection of his entire experiences, the brain creates programs grounded on these experiences, as well as comprehended apprehensions.

The brain IS NOT the intellect. Though the intellect occupies the brain, they are two individual and different entities. You can effectively describe the nervous system by the help of computer terminology. The autonomic nervous system may be compared to the software, the brain to the hardware and the intellect to the hard drive.

You must never forget the Complete Person theory when you try to retard the process of aging. You need to apply healthy protocols to remain youthful and decelerate the consequences of growing older.

The organic structure of our body is comprised of assembled of atoms, cells, chemicals, minerals and many other elements. The human body comprises of several diverse systems such as: digestion, lymphatic, breathing, circulation, immune, and nervous system.

The human body is an enormously complex biological mechanism.
