    WAL-DROP PASTA

    Introduction

    This is an easy recipe to make in a hurry! Pasta mixed with Walnuts. Walnuts bring in a different texture to the dish. They are a part of the nut family and bring in extra nutrition and flavor.

    Utensils

    1 Saucepan

    1 Strainer

    1 Frying Pan

    Ingredients (4 Servings)

    280 g Pasta

    2 Onions, sliced

    2 cloves of Garlic, chopped

    2 Apples, cut into squares

    2 Tbsps Margarine

    ½ Cup Shredded Cheese

    150 grams Roasted Walnuts

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    2 tsps Lime Juice

    Parsley, chopped

    Method

    Bring a Saucepan filled with water to boil. Add sufficient salt and the pasta and keep on fire until the pasta is cooked. Drain the water.

    In a frying pan, heat the margarine and sauté the onions, garlic and the apples. Mix in the drained pasta and combine well. Add the lime juice and adjust seasonings.

    Add the shredded cheese and combine well. Mix the roasted walnuts and sprinkle the chopped parsley on the surface.

    Serve hot.

    PASTA WITH LEEKS AND TOMATOES

    Introduction

    This is a blend of leeks and tomatoes - a perfect pasta dish, which is neither heavy nor light. It’s a succulent dish for the vegetarians.

    Utensils

    1 Heavy Pot

    1 Strainer

    1 Wok

    Ingredients (4 Servings)

    280 g Pasta

    2 Tbsp Olive Oil

    2 Onions, chopped

    2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped

    5 Red Tomatoes, chopped

    230 g leeks cut into strips (Keep a small quantity for garnishing)

    2 Tbsps of White Wine

    100 g Cheese

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Method

    Bring a Saucepan filled with water to boil. Add sufficient salt and the pasta and keep on fire until the pasta is cooked. Drain the water and keep the pasta aside.

    Heat the olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until the onions become transparent and soft. Mix in the tomatoes and leeks. Keep on the fire for a few minutes until the ingredients are fried.

    Add the pasta and mix well. Pour the wine and simmer until the wine is absorbed to the pasta mixture. Mix in the cheese until it is melted and sticky.

    Remove from fire and sprinkle with chopped leeks.

    BEEF AND PASTA FIESTA

    Introduction

    A delicious dish of beefsteak, spices, and tomatoes combined with pasta. The cheese on top makes the dish creamy and softens the spice flavor.

    Utensils

    1 Large Pot

    2 Small Bowls

    1 Wok

    1 Strainer

    Ingredients (6 Servings)

    340 g Pasta

    8 Black Mushrooms

    3 Tbsps Olive Oil

    340 g Beef Steaks, sliced

    3 Onions, sliced

    2 Tomatoes, Chopped

    3 Garlic cloves, chopped

    2 Tbsps Curry Powder

    1 Tbsp Chillie Powder

    1 Tsp Sugar

    300 ml Beef Stock

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Chopped Parsley

    Shredded Cheese

    Method

    Cook
