    Detoxify with Fruit Smoothies

    Smoothies contain all the vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy. Smoothies are super to ensure that

    children get all the nutrients they need for a healthy body. Mix your smoothies with plain yogurt. It gives smoothies the

    texture of milk shakes. To make smoothies, you need a blender, fruit, and either milk, yogurt or water. Smoothies supply

    your brain with all the vitamins and nutrients it needs for mental clarity. It will also strengthen your immune system. A

    strong immune system protects you from degenerative diseases. Most fruits contain antioxidants that neutralize free

    radicals that have been linked to diseases, such as cancer.

    Apple Smoothie

    Aids with weight loss

    Half a cup of skim milk

    Half a cup of vanilla yogurt

    One teaspoon of cinnamon

    One medium sized chopped apple

    Add a few ice cubes

    Place ingredients in blender

    Blend until smooth.

    Pineapple Smoothie

    Aids with weight loss

    Blend until smooth. Add a few ice cubes

    Half a cup of skimmed milk

    A half a cup of canned pineapple chunks with juice

    Place the milk, pineapple chunks in blender.

    Lemon, Orange Smoothie

    Aids with weight loss

    One cup of skim milk

    Half a cup of lemon yogurt

    One orange quartered

    a few ice cubes

    Place ingredients in blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Green Smoothies Keeps you Trim and Healthy

    Smoothies are quick and easy to prepare for breakfast or lunch.

    Regular intake of especially green smoothies will keep you slim and healthy.

    Celery, Kale, Cucumber, Apple

    and Spinach Smoothie

    One celery stalk sliced

    One cucumber sliced

    One shredded kale leaf

    A handful of spinach

    One apple

    One cup of apple juice

    Place all ingredients in blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Spinach, Mango, Papaya

    and Banana Smoothie

    One cup shredded spinach

    One cup mango cut into chunks

    One cup papaya cut into chunks

    One frozen banana sliced

    Half a cup apple juice

    Place the frozen banana into blender.

    Add other ingredients. Blend until smooth

    Kale, Pineapple and Carrot Smoothie

    One kale leaf shredded

    Half a cup pineapple chunks

    One carrot cut into pieces

    Half cup vanilla yogurt

    One cup pineapple juice

    Place all ingredients in blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Spinach Banana and Strawberry

    Smoothie

    One frozen banana

    Four large strawberries

    Handful of raw spinach leaves

    A cup of soy milk

    Place all ingredients in blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Beet Greens, Papaya and Orange

    Smoothie

    One cup of papaya chunks

    One orange

    Chopped beet greens

    Half a cup of water

    Put water in blender.

    Add chopped beet greens.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Blend until smooth.

    Spinach, Pear and Apple

    Smoothie

    One pear quartered, one apple quartered

    One cup shredded spinach leaf

    Cup of yogurt

    Place all ingredients in blender,

    except the yogurt. Blend.

    Add yogurt. Blend again until smooth.

    Cucumber, Banana, Apple Juice

    and Yogurt Smoothie

    One banana peeled and sliced

    Half a cucumber cut into pieces

    Half a cup apple juice

    Half a cup yogurt

    Place banana and cucumber in blender.

    Blend. Add rest of ingredients.

    Blend until smooth.

    Beet Greens, Apple and

    Strawberry Smoothie

    Bunch of shredded beet greens

    One apple quartered

    Few strawberries

    One cup of water

    Pour water into blender.

    Add beet greens and blend.

    Add rest of ingredients

    Blend until smooth.

    Radish Tops, Mango and

    Banana Smoothie

    One frozen banana

    Mango cut into chunks

    Radish tops shredded

    Add one cup of water

    Add radish tops and blend.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Blend until smooth.

    Celery, Cucumber, Kale

    Spinach and Apple

    One sliced celery stalk

    One sliced cucumber

    One kale leaf

    One handful spinach

    One apple

    One cup of apple juice

    Place all ingredients in blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Spinach and Pineapple Smoothie

    One cup shredded spinach leaves.

    One cup pineapple cubes with juice

    Half a cup plain yogurt, half cup low fat milk

    Tablespoon honey, pinch of cinnamon

    Place milk and spinach into blender. Blend.

    Add rest of ingredients and blend until smooth.

    Weight Loss and Aloe Vera

    Aloe Vera has many health benefits, for weight loss. Drink a teaspoon before breakfast. You may mix it with honey,

    as it is very bitter. You may also eat a small piece of dried Aloe Vera. Swallow a small piece once a day with coffee.

    Aloe detoxifies your body. Regular intake of Aloe Vera increases your metabolism and contributes to weight loss.

    To use in smoothies, use the aloe gel. This will also help with weight loss.

    Chocolate, Banana and Aloe Gel

    Smoothie

    One frozen banana

    Two tablespoons cocoa powder

    Half a cup yogurt

    Half cup soy milk

    Half a cup Aloe Vera gel

    Place banana in blender.

    Add other ingredients.

    Blend until smooth.

    Blue Berries, Mango, Banana and

    Aloe Vera Gel Smoothie

    One sliced frozen bananas

    Half a cup mango chunks

    Half a cup blueberries

    Half a cup Aloe Vera gel

    Half a cup of soy milk

    Tablespoon honey

    Place frozen bananas in blender.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Blend until smooth.

    Apple, Orange, Pear, Banana and

    Aloe Vera Gel Smoothie

    One apple quartered

    One pear quartered

    One frozen banana sliced

    Half a cup aloe vera gel

    Half cup soy milk

    Tablespoon honey

    Place frozen banana,

    apple and pear into blender.

    Blend. Add rest of ingredients.

    Blend until smooth

    Papaya, Pear, Banana and Aloe

    Vera Gel Smoothie

    One pear quartered

    Half a papaya cut into chunks

    Small piece of ginger

    One frozen banana

    Half a cup of Aloe Vera Gel

    Half a cup apple juice

    Place frozen banana into blender.

    Add other ingredients.

    Blend until smooth.

    Cucumber, Apple, Lemon and

    Aloe Vera Gel Smoothie

    One cucumber sliced

    One apple quartered

    Juice of one lemon

    Half a cup of apple juice

    Half a cup of Aloe Vera Gel

    Place ingredients into blender.

    Blend until smooth.
