1 avocado small handful baby spinach leaves
¼ green apple
½ English cucumber
½ small celery stick
zest and juice of 1 lime
small handful mint
small handful basil
125ml full fat plain yoghurt
250ml milk or nut milk handful ice

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until very smooth. Serve immediately.
