BOBA TEA
AKA BUBBLE TEA, AN ASIAN STAPLE THAT’S TAKEN THE WORLD BY STORM.
INGREDIENTS
■ 4 rooibos teabags
■ ¼ cup tapioca pearls
■ ½ cup milk
■ 3T sugar
METHOD
1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the teabags, and steep until the water cools completely.
2. Remove the teabags and stir in the sugar.
3. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions.
4. Transfer the tea into a clear jug. You want to see the pretty colour, after all.
