1 small ripe banana
4 strawberries
¾ cup reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt
⅔ cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon freeze-dried raspberries, plus extra to garnish (optional)
⅔ cup reduced fat milk (or plant-based alternative)
1 teaspoon raspberry jam
¾ cup mixed berries, eg, blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries
