About this audiobook

What is dopamine? And how does it work?

Dopamine has been the topic of many debates and discussions among neuroscientists, clinicians, and analysts. It has been controversial and fascinating at the same time. Dopamine seems to give us motivation to succeed, to exercise, to seek rewards, to survive, and to procreate. It rewards us when we follow our instincts and can be the source of addictive behavior. People with ADHD have special challenges regarding dopamine fluctuation and appear to frequently suffer from a deficiency or overdose. Thus, regulating such dopamine levels is crucial to one’s satisfaction and happiness in life.

Not bad in any way. I feel it's 1 of the best audio books on the market place. The thoughts from the author made sense to me. I agreed with everything, and that's one other reason the reason that I am so fired up about this audiobook. The writer didn't arbitrarily choose little bits and pieces of bad suggestions, but rather, figured out the claims enough. I managed to understand everything plainly, not just since the storyteller pronounced words very well, but also since the information in it contained new facts to be learned.

This audio book blew my mind, both the content and the storyteller's production. The difference between this audio book and other books, is that this one is much better. I recognized a great deal of the important things the writer was talking about. Some things discussed my head, but that's regular for any book that has actually been composed by a genius.
