About this audiobook
This is a 3-book bundle, which addresses various subtopics, including but not limited to these:
Book 1: What is dopamine? And how does it work?
Dopamine has been the topic of many debates and discussions among neuroscientists, clinicians, and analysts. It has been controversial and fascinating at the same time. Dopamine seems to give us motivation to succeed, to exercise, to seek rewards, to survive, and to procreate. It rewards us when we follow our instincts and can be the source of addictive behavior. People with ADHD have special challenges regarding dopamine fluctuation and appear to frequently suffer from a deficiency or overdose.
Book 2: There is a loop in life: We seek a reward, and we get rewarded with dopamine. This dopamine motivates us to seek more of it, and the cycle repeats itself. Such cycles can either be the basis of success and true fulfillment in life, or it can become a destructive pattern that leads someone to becoming dependent on fast fixes that turn out to be uncontrollable.
Book 3: Dopamine makes us human. It has been proven over and over again that it manifests itself differently in animals. It has been researched and been found identical to human traits and our motivation to do anything in life, our creativity, and our problem-solving skills.
In this guide, we will go over some of the great opportunities and dangers of dopamine. We will discuss the difference between the left and right brain, and the most common differences between dopamine in the female and male brain. Last but not least, we will share some thoughts about achieving goals and its relationship to dopamine triggers.
All of these topics can give you greater insight in your own psyche as well as others. Please take a look inside or listen to the audio version of the book.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5My compliments to the author and the narrator. I can most likely mention thirty things why I appreciate this particular audio book, but my time is important to me, so this customer review won't be extremely long. I thoroughly appreciated listening to this particular book. It has all the aspects of a publication about this issue that it should have. Having said that, I am usually positive anyway, but This is a hidden treasure. This particular audiobook involves significant truths. The narrator's voice was simply relaxing. Did I already mention that it seemed to be very professional? Well, it did. Without a doubt, and that's the reason that I simply liked paying attention to it a lot.

I was wanting to learn more about this theme anyway, so it was no coincidence that I ran into this book. I listened to it, and not to my surprise, it was precisely what I was searching for.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It appears as if we are dealing with a pro here. The narrator's act was to die for. Some of the greatest tips about this specific theme are candidly being shown by the writer. That's the reason that I just like it. Let me think for a moment ... how should I say this? It was professional, uncomplicated, and easy to understand. With that being said, yes, I do highly recommend the audiobook. No doubt about it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audiobook blew my mind, both the material and the storyteller's production. There are actually a lot of horrible books around, but this is not one of them. I am trying to point out something bad about this audiobook, but I can't. It's just way too good. So without any more exaggeration, I simply think everyone needs to consider listening to it.
