About this audiobook
This is a combo of 3 different books, which all relate to our minds and brains. The books are about these topics:
Topic 1: In order to tap into the amazing abilities of our brains, it can help to first understand how they work. This guide will aid you in your journey to comprehension.
Some things that will be discussed, are how our subconscious mind procrastinates things, mind wandering and its significance, daily escapes, predispositions that shape our thoughts, creative skills, and free choice as a gift of nature.
Topic 2: There is a loop in life: We seek a reward, and we get rewarded with dopamine. This dopamine motivates us to seek more of it, and the cycle repeats itself. Such cycles can either be the basis of success and true fulfillment in life, or it can become a destructive pattern that leads someone to becoming dependent on fast fixes that turn out to be uncontrollable.

You will gain more understand as you study the nerve cells of those who have them in bigger sizes and running around at faster paces. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing, I must say. This audiobook is full of excellent content. Despite of the writer's understanding about the theme, the narrator was still the element I was most amazed with. This is what actually sold me on the book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was genuinely awed by this audiobook. I tuned in to this audiobook, and it was really motivational. I discovered a lot just by soaking all of it up. The information was excellent, especially if you already understand a bit about the idea. In fact, you might know nothing about it and still follow along effortlessly.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It appears as if we are dealing with a pro here. The storyteller's presentation was to die for. Good! Have you ever listened to a book such as this? In my opinion, it was pretty perfect. There may have been a couple of hardly noticeable errors in there, but they didn't trouble me. Anytime you are able to listen to a storyteller who is that good, and about an issue that you have an interest in, you do not care about the other parts. That's the end of the that.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was truly blown away by this audiobook. Frankly, I believe this is a good audiobook for all those who are interested in this topic. I recognized a great deal of the things the writer was speaking about. Some things reviewed my head, but that's regular for any book that has been written by a genius.
