About this audiobook
This book consists of two titles, which are the following:
Book 1: This book covers a variety of topics, all interrelated and all somehow connected to our ability to concentrate on the most important tasks we have. Many people suffer from being distracted, from going from one thing to another, and never getting much done. Today, we tackle those problems with some inspiring insights.
First, we’ll talk about how to improve your concentration skills and memory. This lies at the heart of the book.
Next, we will go over the significant challenges that many people face when they are working from home. This has become more common these days, and therefore, it seemed like a crucial topic to include in this book.
After this, we will touch on what has been referred to as the “four major motivations.” These are the things that keep us going, the factors that keep us on our toes. A lack of these elements can destroy our progress, so it’s important to know what they are and how to use them.
Book 2: Is being able to focus really that important to your happiness?
Yes, it is. And in this book, I will explain more of the reasoning behind this. You will also learn more about different methods to improve your focus, practical techniques to prioritize better and quicker, and how to avoid diversions that will keep you from making your dreams a reality.
Additionally, the book points out the destructive habit of perfectionism, and how to balance between being thorough and being too picky about your production hours.
Many of these issues are a daily struggle for people who try to achieve more in their lives. Don’t let this be you. Learn what to do about it now!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is definitely a very good book. I learned a lot simply by soaking all of it up. The info was excellent, especially if you already understand a bit about the subject. Really, you could understand nothing about it and still follow along effortlessly. The ideas from the author made sense to me. I agreed with everything, and that's yet another reason that I am so excited about this audiobook. The author didn't randomly select little bits and pieces of bad advice, but rather, analyzed the claims enough.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Without a doubt, one of the greatest books in this niche market. If you ask me, there is perhaps absolutely nothing better on the marketplace about this specific topic. Such an interesting theme. I believe I will let my sibling or spouse listen to it. They have to understand that there are actually audiobooks like this available.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The 5 stars should really be 6 stars. Yes, that's it. You heard me. I believe it's so great that it should have 6 stars. I do not always enjoy all audiobooks, but this stuck out. And since it did, I began listening closely to it. It was some of the best time I spent, particularly because I was doing other things in the meantime.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I hope you take my comments seriously, as I strongly recommend this guide to you. The author most definitely knows how to say it nicely. I gained from this audiobook. It was really an eye-opener. I was wanting to find out more about this concept anyway, so it was no coincidence that I ran into this book. I listened to it, and not to my surprise, it was precisely what I was trying to find.
