If you have self sabotaging ways, this book is a MUST READ OVER AND OVER. Don’t let anything stop you from listening or reading this book, as this audiobook/book WILL change your thinking and your life!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Honestly much needed read for anyone. Especially if you didn’t grow up with good role models and had shame and guilt as motivators. If you want to stop being the victim of your mind and take back control and finally find sustainable joy and peace this is a really good guide. I love this monkey mind concept/metaphor it makes cognitive distortions so much easier to see and understand. I love all the real stories and real life application. I wish everyone would read this, as I imagine it would help everyone out so much
