About this audiobook

An easy listening guide with lots of helpful information

If you have ADHD, or if someone you know has it, chances are that you don’t know the most important facts about it. Also, you might have been told that it’s always a bad thing to have ADHD. Or you may have heard the mix-up between ADHD and ADD. Perhaps you have been puzzled why your ADHD relative had such a hard time with staying away from addictions. Is there a connection? Should ADHD children receive treatment, and if so, what kind of treatment? Is it more prominent in men than in women, and are the effects the same?

If you have been wondering about any of these questions, this is the perfect book for you. Not only will this book answer them, but the material you’ll hear will delve into much deeper subtopics. Examples are:

  • The myths about ADHD (debunked!)
  • Symptoms, brain development, and treatment of ADHD
  • How to handle children with ADHD and how to optimize what they learn by exploring their skills and strengths
  • Daily habits that will benefit those who have ADHD
  • How entrepreneurship is related to ADHD and why some of the most successful people got to where they are because of the condition
  • The best ways for those with ADHD to take control of their lives

Having had personal experiences with ADHD siblings herself, the author has done extensive research to figure out the most important things everyone should know when they come in contact with an ADHD person. She emphasizes the pros and cons and provides tips and solutions. Children and adults can get help, if they need any, and make use of their hidden abilities to make life more adventurous and successful with this knowledge.

I don't believe you have to keep searching. This book explains everything. This audiobook blew my mind, both the material and the narrator's production. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. It contains all the aspects of a book about this issue that it ought to contain. Having said that, I am normally happy about things anyway, bu You will not be sorry for purchasing this audiobook. It gives you what it says it does. I benefitted from this book. It was truly an eye-opener. I was intending to learn more about that idea anyway, so it was actually no accident that I ran into this book. I listened closely to it, and not to my surprise, it was exactly what I was looking for.

My compliments to the author and the storyteller. The best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) implied the most to me. When I heard these things, I quickly knew I had made the ideal choice. This book spoke with me. I do not believe the word "awesome" does this particular book justice. There needs to be a much better word, and I will keep looking, because it deserves something great to be said about it.

I do not feel you have to keep looking. This book explains everything. The best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) implied the most to me. When I heard these things, I quickly knew I had actually made the right option. This book spoke to me. I've seen that some books are practically trash, and that grieves me. However, this specific book did not follow that trend. It's actually truly good. So, I like it.
