Terrible. The synthesized voice (American accent, not British, although it's a very British book series.) The voice gets the names wrong (Alyssa, not Eliza). While I love the author's stories, I'm not sure I can listen to any more audio books with a synthesized voice It's just awful. Other words the voice has gotten wrong include chaotic and many, many others. Yuck!
