I really liked #0.5 as it was a wonderful introduction to Sam and Nick who is so delicious and they suit each other so well. I couldn't wait for this book to read about the flatmate and wow, that was unexpected. What a slimeball!

My only problem with this book was Sam meeting up with Nick seemed to take her eye off the ball and she could have solved the murder far quicker with less people being killed. Furthermore, the ending was unsatisfactory and incomplete. Was the murderer's family involved or was the murderer working alone?

Perhaps we'll find out more in #2 but left  feeling underwhelmed.
