Creasing with laughter, my brother Frank cracked another joke.

Me and our sister Valerie, then 50, looked on with amusement as Frank’s laughter rang out around the pub.

A larger-than-life character, you couldn’t help but have a good time with Frank.

Although there were seven siblings in our family, me, Frank and Valerie, all close in age, shared a special bond.
