I’m hoping that the author gives more detail in her next books! The main issue is the narrator sounds whiny and fake. She should also never mimic male voices again

Asher & November: TRIGGERS: stalking, assault, child neglect, fraud, abuse, b & e and.. so I have read a previous review if this book on Goodreads and I have to say that I do not agree for the most part. But there is something to be said when your physically reading yourself in a book or e reader as opposed to how I've read it by listening to the audiobook on Scrib'd. I don't know if there were any errors as opposed to spelling and grammar since it seems the narrator corrected that either before or while reading. That would mean that some things that didn't make sense because of grammatical errors would've been corrected. For the story itself, I loved it. Asher was your typical alpha male those he was a little more possessive than was necessary at times. November was a little naive in certain aspects of life but that was due to her sheltered life. There was mention in the previous review how the blurb says: "Asher Mayson has never had a problem getting a woman, that is until November." And that November didn't really make it hard for him. I found that comment sort of false and here is why. No he didn't have a hard time making her his but one this November did do was challenge him at every turn. There was a point in the book when his brothers even said that she was "immune" to his "charm" is something to that effect.. and she was... Whenever he demanded something, she didn't just say "ok" and do it... She constantly told him "no" or told him off or walked away from him. So while he didn't have to work hard to make her his he did have to work hard to KEEP her that was. This is an insta romance series and with that being said... ARR did a great job pulling in the mystery of the stalker along with an extremely hot romance. I really enjoyed it. So I would say before decided based on one bad review that you don't want to read a book... Try giving it a chance because the way that person interpreted the story may be completely different from the way YOU do. I might even suggest trying the audio version... Sometimes that's better because the jokes hit at the right time, you can feel the emotions and the stress of each situation. Great job ARR!
