I thought it was ok. Sure there were twist and turns but it wasn’t mind blowing, as all domestic psych thrillers are predicted same.

This book was very far fetched and chaotic in a bad way. Don’t continue to read as it may contain a spoiler.

The main characters were INSUFFERABLE! There were literally no redeeming qualities and usually I don’t mind that. I’ve read books from the villain’s perspective and did enjoy the internal conflict I had on whether I cheered for them or not. This book jam packs EVERY domestic thriller theme in the story and honestly the big reveals left me bored. The children really need to be removed from them and these two assholes should be in jail. Both are SO immature and selfish to the point of hating them. Maybe that was the point? Anyways, it’s short, not subtle, and has a messy plot. I’m not going to diss on the positive reviews because to each their own. It just was a waste of time for me??‍♀️??‍♀️
