This should've been a five-star read. In essence, this is a good book but something is missing. I found myself stopping to read for countless times not because I'm reluctant to end it but because I was dragging. Something was missing, I just can't put a finger to what. The plot was good and the character-building and world-building were good as well but that's just it. It was just good. I don't regret reading it but I was a little underwhelmed.
