- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is great, I am a huge fan of Monica Reinagel - I subscribe to her podcast "Nutrition Diva" on "Quick and Dirty Tips" website where there's a huge archive of no-nonsense, de-bunking nutrition advice. The book lives up to expectations, it's easy to understand, eloquently written but yet thoroughly researched and most importantly backed up by science. For anyone trying to navigate the "nutrition maze" (where a lot of information available is junk i.e. pseudo-science, marketing hype, and misinformation) this is a must-read. I'm looking forward Monica's other audio books and I will recommend this to friends and family - it's a excellent nutrition primer.
