Take a breath and still your mind,
Find the focus waiting for you this day.
The time has come to clarify your vision,
To chart the course you’re ready to follow.
 
PAUSE…
You’re not the kind of person to walk away from a challenge.
You’re not the kind of person to quit.
If you didn’t intend to find a better you,
You wouldn’t be looking for ways to improve.
 
Growth is a choice.
The power always lies in our grasp.
No matter what circumstances take you to the brink,
