Beginning your day setting your intentions,

Becoming fully aware of why and how you’re about to live your day,

Brings you into deep awareness of who you are,

And how you’re choosing to move through the world.

By setting your intentions,

You proactively set your course,

Rather than passively allowing life to take you on its whim.

So relax your body,

And calm your mind.

Let yourself slow down,

And come inside. 

Away from the thoughts,

The emotions,

And the doing.

Settle into your body,

One with the rhythm of your breath.

And be here.
