If you’re a sports fan you might have heard of Tony Wrighton. He’s been a familiar face on Sky Sports for over a decade, and also hosts his own podcast Zestology, as well as being the author of three books published by Virgin. He’s an NLP practitioner, and his NLP-related print books on the subject have been translated into 12 languages including Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, Turkish, Dutch and Croatian. Tony’s podcast and much of his personal time is spent looking at ways we can get more energy and vitality into our lives. His interest in healthy living came about after he was hit by a virus and left bedbound in the Philippines. He needed more than 3 months to recover before returning to work, and that was the start of the Zestology journey. In this episode we discuss Tony’s story, his personal practices, how he maintains a healthy and energetic life, and he shares some tips on supplements, books and other techniques that have helped him.
