Breathe in deep, 
and let the breath 
weave through you.
Feel it’s relaxing power
unfold and renew you.

PAUSE

Breathe in more,
and let your mind open up.
Relaxation floats through you,
Like warm syrup.

PAUSE

And now that your mind and body
are both relaxed and still,
Imagine a goal that seems blocked,
Despite your will.

PAUSE

And, with the goal in your vision,
Crisp and clear,
See that annoying block,
As it appears.

PAUSE

Breathe into the block,
All your frustration and stress.
Get it out of your system.
Keeping breathing,
Til you feel the frustration less.

PAUSE

And after you do,
Gently nod at your block.
Give it a name, dress it up,
And tell it to get ready to talk.

PAUSE

Now, tell yourself and the block,
That you accept that it’s there.
Come from a place of calm,
Stay focused and aware.

PAUSE

GIve the block a voice,
And really listen.
It’s giving you the key,
To actively dismiss it.

What does it say?
It’s whispering its secret 
to you today.

PAUSE

Now, take the key,
And put it in your heart.
It’s the tool you need to work on,
For the goal to really start.

PAUSE

Now, instead of seeing the block,
As a way to fail,
See it dissipating, morphing beautifully,
As you exhale.

PAUSE

Watch as wiggles, gyrates and sways.
It’s opening to possibilities,
Helping you clear the way.

PAUSE

For blocks have important reasons,
When they appear.
And when you accept that,
They begin to disappear.

PAUSE

Of course, there’s more work to do,
But you’re well on your way.
You know you can
work with the block,
Go around it,
Or move it out of the way.

Because the block’s only power
Is what you give it.
And you have the power to move it,
Or find a way to live with it.

Embrace your power.
