Take a breath and still your mind,
Find the focus waiting for you this day.
You’ve cleared the obstacles and paved the way,
All that remains is to loosen your hold.
 
It’s time to send away what doesn’t serve you, time to clear the inner decks of clutter.
It’s time to see yourself with more clarity, time to push farther into the light.

PAUSE…
Exciting things wait for your attention.
Possibility hovers within reach.
Make a clean break from the patterns that break you,
And let your spirit soar to new heights.
 
It may take some time to find your way,
To whatever you’re meant to discover.
Try to enjoy the bumps and the curves,
Knowing the path will point you toward good.
 
PAUSE…
Letting go can be like ripping off the band-aid,
Or sometimes like slamming a door.
But often, it’s like when you stop holding your breath,
Clearing the way for fresh air to flow in.
 
Breathe in and imagine a flood of relief, a rush of freedom and warmth.
You’re nearly where you need to be, exhale and feel the peace.
 
PAUSE…
When the moment feels right and your heart feels ready,
Gather up the sabotaging beliefs.
Picture a handful of dull, rough pebbles,
Hiding in a tightly clenched fist.
 
Let your pulse slow, then let your breathing match.
Take all the quiet moments you need.
Picture that fist opening like a flower,
Watch the pebbles tumble out and disappear.
 
PAUSE…
Feel your spirit dance with new lightness.
Feel the joy of being kind to yourself.
Let your mind look around for what’s possible,
In the spaces you’ve unlocked by letting go.
