Allow yourself to settle, 

And softly bring yourself into comfort. 

PAUSE…

Breathe in a natural breath through your nose, 

Then exhale out through your mouth with an audible release.

PAUSE…

This one breath. 

Is where all life exists. 

In this moment,

In the now.

Feel into it,
