Breathe into your body,

Feel the breath move through,

All the spaces as it expands. 

PAUSE…

Follow your breath,

To dive deep into yourself. 

LONG PAUSE…

Your true self lives here,

In this sacred space of stillness. 

She vibrates,

Dances and paints,

With colors and movements that belong only to you. 

PAUSE

There are parts of yourself that have been fully expressed,

And perhaps others that have remained hidden. 

See if you can sink down into yourself, 

Releasing all the thoughts and expectations, 

And becoming one with your true self.
