Description
In Ep. #49, Caroline sits down with Nicole Pawlak - the Senior Director of Special Projects at Athletes Unlimited - to talk about how the team at AU is innovating the product of women’s sports. Nicole, who is a seasoned sports industry professional, has been part of Athletes Unlimited since it was created back in 2020. The team at Athletes Unlimited believes that the traditional model of pro sports is not built to bring out the best in athletes - or to deliver the most to its fans. Because of this, they decided to develop an all-new model that puts players and fans first. Since Athletes Unlimited launched, they have facilitated successful women’s professional softball, volleyball, basketball and lacrosse leagues - and they’re just getting started. In this episode, hear Nicole talk about the vision for Athletes Unlimited, and how they’re innovating the product of women’s sports.
