[00:52] Judith’s Keto Journey: Overcoming Obstacles and Finding Clarity ·    Judith’s story starts in August 2018 when she was 329 pounds and severely depressed, suffering from postpartum depression for years after having her child. ·    Even though she faced obstacles, such as being a thyroid cancer survivor, she decided to try the keto lifestyle after a year of research. ·    Within the first 10 days of living the keto lifestyle, she felt mental clarity, her brain fog went away, and she lost weight which inspired her husband to start as well. ·    Judith followed Dr. Boz's advice to stay away from the gym at the beginning of her protocol which took the pressure off and led to a permanent lifestyle change resulting in an 83-pound weight loss. ·    She struggled to conceive her second child, so she dug deeper, incorporated beef, bacon, butter and eggs and 72-hour fasts, got pregnant and now has a healthy four-month-old keto baby.  [11:20] How Judith Started Keto 4 the Soul Through a Mobile App ·    A friend recommended the Clubhouse app to help her learn about businesses. ·    She discovered it had rooms on all topics, like a live podcast. ·    Judith created Keto 4 the Soul as an anonymous way to hold herself accountable and share her journey. ·    Keto 4 the Soul eventually became the very first keto community there. ·    It grew to almost 27,000 members, resulting in Judith having an amazing bond with many people.  [23:41] Take it Step by Step: The Importance of Starting Slow Diet on Your Keto Journey ·    Start slow and take it step by step. ·    Change your diet as step one, then incorporate exercise. ·    Consider adding fasting, but take your time and don't jump in too quickly. ·    Judith felt really good after completing a 72-hour fast and didn't want to incorporate carbs in her diet ever again. ·    She suffered from caffeine sensitivity during her fast, but a
