I make no apology for the extent to which I advocate for having a solid set of your values, your mission and your vision for your coffee shop. And there is a reason for that. Your values, mission and vision run to every single part of your business. From your brand to your marketing, recruitment and leadership. There is no part of your business where having a solid set of values doesn't make a difference. Prospective employees want more from their work. They want to work towards a purpose and I believe that this is a key part of attracting more people to our individual businesses.
