Description

Who Am I Too…? We invite you to join us in exploring where this thought comes up in your life. What limiting beliefs do you have and how do they show up in your life? Becoming aware of our limiting beliefs, and their origins, and then holding them with mindfulness and self-compassion allows us to meet them, integrate them, change them, or be rid of them. We share recent experiences where our own limiting beliefs showed up, and how we challenged them using mindfulness and coaching.  Coaches and loved ones often believe in you more than you believe in yourself.  Someone else’s belief is often exactly what you need to break through your own perceived limitations.   We invite you to also ask the flip question “Who are you NOT to pursue your dream? Or do the thing you really want to do?  What will the world miss out on if don't try.   What limiting beliefs do you have? Are there one or two that stand out?  Is there an origin story for their existence that needs to be held with love and kindness and understanding? Are these beliefs true? What’s one response you can choose regarding one or more of these limiting beliefs that you have identified to be false? Do you have people in your life who believe in you more than you believe in yourself?  The title of this podcast offers a double meaning  Who are you, too?  and Who are you also? Address your limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome through coaching by reaching out to Jessie. Coaching is magic in turning them on their heads and helping you move forward.  https://www.jessiemahoneymd.com/coaching Join Ni-Cheng in jumpstarting, or beginning once again with beginner’s mind a mindfulness meditation practice.
