As you embark on your journey through life, 

Remember that you are always accompanied by one very faithful and loyal companion: your body.

It is your constant companion, 

Your support system, 

And your physical vessel that carries you through every moment of your life.

Your body is a miracle in itself.

It is a complex and intricate system of bones,

Muscles,

Organs,

And cells working in harmony to keep you alive and thriving.

Your heart beats tirelessly,

Your lungs fill with air,

And your brain works endlessly to process every sensation and thought. 

Take a moment to appreciate the miracle that is your body.

PAUSE (10 SEC)...

Your body is also your home.

It is the place where you experience the world,

Where you feel joy,

Pain,

And everything in between.

It is your instrument to express your creativity,

Your vehicle to connect with others,

And your vessel to carry your soul.

Take a moment to thank your body for being your home.

Your body is your ally.

It is always on your side,

Supporting you in everything you do.

It helps you move,

Dance,

Sing,

And explore the world.

It helps you heal when you are hurt,

And it helps you rest when you need to recharge.

So, my dear soul,

Take care of your body, love it, and cherish it as you would any loyal friend.

Your body is a precious gift, and it deserves your love and gratitude.
